Fat Mike as Cokie the Clown - La Pieta
When she asked me to kill her, I said of course I would
She had another week or two, but why should she suffer?
Then my daughter came into the bedroom and asked
what's wrong with grandma's face?
My mother decided she wanted to die with grace.
I said momma are you sure you want this to happen to you right now?
She said yes please end it sweety, I can’t live in this much pain.
I’d like to die surrounded by the people I most love
I brought you into this world you gotta take me out.
My lifes greatest decision took just one milli-sec
Ethics turned to instinct and prim into respect
I grinded twenty oxy's and thirty Percocet
I was told that would be more than enough.
But it turns out she was stronger than anyone had thought
her brain wanted to turn off but it couldn't convince her heart
Her eyes stuck halfway open, her mouth shaped of a frown
after twenty hours her body would not shut down.
I told everyone to leave the room this was a solo sin
I said goodbye and kissed her and shot her with insulin
The death rattle, her last battle, my mind can never erase
so I gently held a pillow on her face.
Call me what you need to, call this an attack
fill my veins with cold blood and color my heart black
My mum gave me the greatest life anyone could ever live
so I gave her the greatest gift that I could give.
I felt like she brought me into this world, so fair enough that I take her out, If you're not backing euthanasia, you're a fucking idiot or some religious freak. How could you say no? This person is suffering and they want to die, they have incurable cancer and you are going say "No, do it the natural way".
Fuck you. It's what you do for your fucking mom, if you're a man. It's what she wanted. If I didn't do it, I'd feel terrible. I'd feel cowardly.

Mike’s mother was in the hospital with a terminal diagnosis. As Mike sat by his barely-alive mother on her death bed, he told her stories about women he used to have “fucked up kinky sex” with. He said it brought a small smile to his mothers face; letting him know she was still alive.
After a short while his mother got up enough strength to ask Mike to help end her life. Mike felt it was his obligation, as her son, to oblige her final requests. After talking with the nurses Mike was entrusted with what was believed to be a lethal amount of prescription narcotics to administer to his mother (for those who haven’t been there – being entrusted to administer an overdose of pills while the hospital effectively turns a blind eye is pretty commonplace in these situations).
As Mike put it, her brain wanted to go but her heart was too strong. The pills didn’t kill her. After telling the rest of his family to exit the room, the nurse gave Mike a lethal dose of insulin to administer to his Mother. Mike injected her with the insulin and then proceeded to gently hold a pillow over his Mothers face until she ceased to breathe.
